Patients referred through medical insurance agencies/ TPAs, are requested to contact billing department in -2 level of our Hospital.
The Counsellors/Billing Executive will inform you about:
Documents required for claiming medical insurance.
Hospital policies regarding advance deposits and reimbursements.
Type of health insurance available and the necessary terms and conditions.
As a corporate patient, you are requested to submit essential documents in order to avail of the relevant facilities and discounts.
The Blood storage unit is located at -2 level. It works 24X7 and blood is available. Depending on your medical condition, you may need a blood transfusion.
Wide Parking place is available at the back of the Hospital. In the designated visitor parking areas, the security personnel are on duty round-the-clock to address your safety and security concerns.
The prayer area is located on the ground floor, at the Main entrance of the Hospital.
Limited capacity for storing luggage is available at -2 level entrance area/security office.
The Hospital management is not liable for the loss/damage of any valuables such as laptops, cell phones, iPods, etc. in Hospital premises.
In order to avoid inconvenience for the attendants in going out to of the Hospital premises for cash withdrawal, Suguna is having a 24x7 Axis Bank (VISA/Master Card) ATM. The ATM is located near main entrance gate of Hospital.
The pharmacy is located nearby main entrance of the Hospital, and can be utilized to obtain prescribed drugs and over-the-counter medications. The pharmacy also sells items of daily use, such as diapers, paper towels, tissues, soap, etc. The services are available 24X7.
All patients are provided with a diet in line with their treatment plan, free of charge. Any queries related to your diet can be directed to the dietician. Food from outside is not permitted for you. Attendants accompanying their loved ones during their stay in the Hospital can avail Room service any time during the day. A canteen is located in -1 level, adjacent to the entrance gate, and is open 7Am-9Pm to cater to visitors and attendants.
