FAQ's

Health checkups are important for early detection and prevention of potential health problems. They help assess your overall health, identify risk factors, and allow for timely intervention and treatment if necessary.
The frequency of health checkups depends on factors such as age, gender, medical history, and lifestyle. As a general guideline, it is recommended to have a checkup at least once a year or as advised by your healthcare provider.
Common tests in a health checkup include blood pressure measurement, blood tests (such as cholesterol, blood sugar, and complete blood count), urine analysis, and possibly imaging tests like X-rays or ultrasounds, depending on your specific needs and risk factors.
Most health checkup procedures are painless and non-invasive. Blood tests may involve a small needle prick, but it is usually brief and tolerable. If any discomfort is expected, the healthcare professionals will inform you beforehand.
While health checkups are comprehensive, they may not detect every single health problem or disease. Some conditions require specialized tests or screenings. However, regular health checkups significantly increase the chances of detecting potential health issues early on.
